What method must I use for posting the data from my system to rePUSHTI?
As a best practice, all our API requests are in the “POST“ method. If you want to post any data, then that should be in proper JSON format for a successful result.
How rePUSHTI verifies my booking?
When the booking is posted to our system, we validate all the parameters and then use artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to re-verify bookings.
Re-verification is done using automated calls which are reviewed by our expert supervisors.
Which parameters are considered for re-verification?
For any booking to be verified, there are certain basic details that are required, as listed below:
- Guest Name
- Check-in, Check-out Date
- Hotel Phone
- Country
- City
- no. of rooms
- No. of adults
- No of child
Additionally, our system is capable of tracking 50+ parameters for each booking including hotel details, geographical location, amenities, inclusions and booking references.
What happen when rePUSHTI verify booking and later cause error and customer face problem at the hotel or other services? Do you offer any gurantee?
If there is any chance or booking cannot be reverified, our system will notify Client in various methods like Mobile Push Notification, Browser Push Notification, Email Notification, and Using Notify method from the server and push back all information with details to your system with remarks for your actions.
For successful re-verification, you need to add and update your suppliers that rePUSHTI is your authorized partner for booking re-verifications.
If we do not reverify booking then we do not charge for that booking.
If a booking is verified and later denied by the hotel you can always send them details of the re-verification like Conf. No, Name of Person who reverified and the audio clip of the conversation which is available on the rePUSHTI App and your rePUSHTI Dashboard. For any such instance also once reported back to us we will help in investigating why there was a discrepancy.
Where can I see my reverified information?
After logging in to your rePUSHTI account, on the left side menu click on the “Verified List” to see the list of bookings which are reverified.
How do I recharge my account in case of low credit?
Login to your rePUSHTI account, on the left side menu click on the ‘Recharge’, You can select your recharge value and pay through the in-built payment gateway from your credit / debit card to successfully recharge your account.
Are Cancelled bookings also reverified?
Yes, any booking information which is reverified with the property will be considered as a successfully reverified booking.
How will I get notified once the booking is reverified?
There are 3 types of notifications, you will get notified in all methods:
- Mobile Push Notifications
- Web Push Notifications
- Notify with POST method to your API
We also offer email notification as an option in your profile which you can enable anytime. We suggest keeping it disabled if you have high volume of bookings coming for re-verifications. To reduce the number of emails in your inbox.

What is your process of verification, how the system is working?
We have trained agents along, who does these callings and supervise automated calls. System is working perfectly.
You are doing this manually? And what is the role of the AI?
There are few manual and automated re-verifications. And the role of AI is to reverify bookings using automated call.
Can the API integration be both ways with qtech?
Yes, the API is integrated both way. Using our API you can post the data and when the revivification is done we post the data to your API. Please refer our API documentation https://connectapi.repushti.com
What is the average processing time per transaction?
It usually takes 3-5 min, but sometime it may increase depending on call transfers at the reservation.
Does it also verify the payments?
Yes we can reverify if the payment is pending from the supplier or not.
We have built our platform in such a way that you can send more parameters along with booking information to get reverify from the property.
Problems we are facing - Rooms are small, not clean (I know its not under our control) bookings payment are not settled, price disclosure, etc any solution?
We do reverify the room type from the Property if you have submitted them to check from the property.
We can reverifying if the payment is pending or not but we cannot check what was the price. You may get this sometime but cannot guarantee to get always.
NOTE: As per many hotels policy they don’t disclose payment and price and even sometime Booking Type (Refundable or Non Refundable).
As you are aware that currently we dont have any business due to closure of the borders, why do you think that this service will be necessary as there is no business at all?
Yes, due to COVID19 most of businesses are close now. But the hope is not end everything will be Okay soon and all the business will restart their journey. But when you restart your business you would require this services.

This would be for only online bookings or even for offline bookings registered in system?
The system is for both type of bookings (offline and online).
If you are using online method you will need to push the data using our API with authorised API KEY
For posting data offline, you would require username and password which will allow you to login into our portal and post the data from our "Add Offline Booking" option to post the booking.
What about last minute bookings?
Yes, this service is a premium service. For last-minute booking, we charge 1.5 USD per re-verification.
