What can go wrong

Re-verification successful, but the hotel denies check-in

Even a re-verified booking can hit a dispute at the desk. What actually resolves it is evidence — not a negotiation.

A booking gets re-verified, and the guest still gets turned away at the counter. It happens more often than it should — and it used to mean a negotiation, with some kind of compromise on both sides.

With rePUSHTI, a travel agent doesn't need to negotiate. If a hotel doesn't honour a booking it already re-verified, the agent can provide:

  • The call recording of the re-verification itself
  • The name of the person at the property who verified it
  • The full detail of what was re-verified, and when

rePUSHTI records every critical detail of a re-verification, so it's there when a dispute needs settling — not reconstructed from memory afterward. That's what lets travel agencies, hotels and guests resolve a disagreement amicably, without either side having to compromise on what actually happened.
