Re-verify RT-PCR and vaccination details for your guests

Health documentation became a genuine check-in requirement at plenty of properties. Here's how that gets collected and confirmed before a guest ever travels.

As vaccination rollouts progressed and border rules loosened, a new requirement showed up at plenty of properties: proof of an RT-PCR test or a vaccination record, checked before a guest could check in at all. Not every booking flow had a way to actually collect that — this is how rePUSHTI's does.

How it works

  • The travel agent enters passenger details against the booking in rePUSHTI
  • The guest gets a WhatsApp message asking for health documentation
  • They upload proof — test result, vaccination certificate — through the link provided
  • The hotel and the agency can both view and download the verified document

If a guest doesn't respond, a reminder goes out by email or WhatsApp automatically, rather than the requirement quietly falling through a gap until the guest is already at the airport.
