rePUSHTI has become an official Meta Tech Provider. Onboarding, numbers, templates and campaigns now come from us directly, through the official route — which means the businesses we work with are no longer renting their WhatsApp presence from somebody else.
The problem with depending on a BSP
Most companies reach WhatsApp Business API through a Business Solution Provider. It works, but the provider sits between you and the platform: they hold the relationship, they control the pace of onboarding, they decide what you can see when a template is rejected, and their pricing sits on top of Meta's.
For a travel business running time-sensitive conversations — a voucher that has to reach someone before they fly, a re-verification result that changes a check-in — that middle layer is a real cost.
What changes
- Numbers provisioned and verified through the official route
- Display name and business verification handled directly
- Template submission, approval tracking, and the actual reason for a rejection
- A shared team inbox on one business number, with assignment and internal notes
- Campaigns with consent tracked, opt-outs honoured and volume paced so the number stays healthy
It is your number, your templates and your customers. You should not have to ask somebody else for permission to reach them.
Not only travel
rePUSHTI was built for travel and most of what we do is travel-shaped. WhatsApp is the exception: as a Tech Provider we onboard businesses in any industry, and a good number of the companies we have taken live have nothing to do with travel at all.
