rePUSHTI has partnered with PayU to put payments inside the platform travel businesses already run their operations on. Customers can pay by UPI, card or net banking; businesses collect at the rates the partnership makes available to them, without running a separate integration project of their own.
Why this matters in travel
Travel runs on thin margins and awkward timing. A quote goes out on WhatsApp, the customer says yes, and then everybody leaves the conversation to deal with the money — a link from somewhere else, a screenshot of a transfer, a reconciliation problem three days later.
With PayU behind rePUSHTI Payments, the request goes into the thread the booking happened in. The customer taps it and pays. The payment is attached to the booking it settles, so the desk can see what is paid, what is due and what is disputed without exporting anything.
What businesses get
- UPI, cards and net banking, with the methods that fail least in each market shown first
- Payment links sent straight into a WhatsApp conversation
- Rates negotiated through the partnership rather than per-merchant
- Reconciliation against the booking record, not a spreadsheet
- Settlement and dispute status visible to the team handling the customer
The booking happened in a conversation. Collecting for it should not mean leaving that conversation.
Availability
Payments is live for rePUSHTI customers. Existing customers can switch it on from the platform; anyone else can start with a conversation about volumes and markets.
