We are seeking an experienced and skilled ReactJS Developer to join our development team. As a ReactJS Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive the success of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create responsive, high-performance, and visually appealing interfaces that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Design and develop user-friendly, responsive web interfaces using ReactJS and related technologies.
• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Component Development: Build reusable and modular React components that can be easily integrated into different parts of the application.
• State Management: Implement state management solutions such as Redux or Context API to effectively manage and synchronize data across the application.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize web applications for speed and efficiency.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and adhere to best practices and coding standards.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure consistent functionality and appearance of web applications across various browsers and devices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality of web applications.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and testing phases, ensuring timely resolution.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development, particularly within the React ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in building web applications using ReactJS and related libraries.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility expertise.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus.
